I usualyl when I see someone at my school frontin some hardcore or punk shirt I go up to them and ask them what their favorite songs are. I always dismiss it when they name a song everyone’s heard or an album so I know they’re really into them when they name a song or an album that not everyone listens too. Perfect example this kid at my school who was wearing a graf orlock shirt and I asked him what his favorite song was and he said the one with te Jurassic park sample
I knew he was fake because he didn’t know the name of the song. To be real in the hardcore scene you gotta know everything about the band you’re sporting or you’re a fake. Truth hurts, deal with it.
ALSO I hate it when people say they just got into a band and metion them. It’s like “You just got into them stop talking about them until you KNOW about them”
P.S. ALSO about straight edge kids, the real ones are the ones who are against everyone who drinks, smokes and sluts around. X up everyday one time me and a friend beat up a middle school kid for selling cigarettes.
P.S. ALSO kids who go to shows and just stand there agaijnst the wall or behind the band aren’t there for the music. They’e just wanting to get laid and look cool. FUCK THOSE KIDS.
P.S. ALSO kids who wear brand new band patches on their clothes that’s dumb. Everyone knows you have to have had the patch for a year or two and dirty it up before you put it on. I hate seeing brand new fake ass back patches.I can’t tell if you;re being sarcastic or not, so I will just assume you aren’t. You really can’t be friends with someone because they make different life choices than you?
